Shipping & Returns

Exchange: Requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of product receipt. Proof of purchase required. Please provide a reason for your exchange so we may review and approve. Once approved, we will provide a RAN (Return Authorization Number). We will bear the cost of shipping a new product to you. Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of return shipping.
Damage: Requests must be made within three (3) days of product receipt. Proof of purchase required. Photo of damage is required. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a RAN (Return Authorization Number). We will process your refund by issuing the amount paid - less shipping charges - to the purchaser’s original payment method.
Refund: Requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of product receipt. Proof of purchase required. Please provide a reason for your return so we may review and approve. Once approved, we will provide a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Please return your original and unused purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of return shipping. We will process your return by issuing the amount paid - less shipping charges - to the purchaser’s original payment method.
Exchanges and/or returns will not be honored post fourteen (14) days of product receipt with the exception of goods damaged upon receipt.
